Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your Ark & Cross order. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Return Period : You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Items must be returned in their original condition,unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if an item has been worn, washed, damaged, or is not returned in its original condition.

Return Postage: For change of mind returns, customers are responsible for arranging and paying for their own return postage. Please use a tracked delivery service, as Ark & Cross cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.

Faulty or Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at contact@arkandcross.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Where the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, we will arrange return postage at no cost to you and issue a full refund or replacement.

Refunds: Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3–10 working days. Please note that return postage costs for unwanted items are the customer's responsibility and will not be reimbursed. Your payment provider may take additional time to make the funds available in your account.

Exchanges:  We do not currently offer exchanges. If you require a different size or item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order separately.
