UK Delivery

- A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
European Delivery
- Delivery cost: £12.99
- Estimated delivery time: 7–14 working days
- A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow up to 2 working days for your order to be processed and dispatched. Delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. You can use this to follow the progress of your delivery.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. Ark & Cross cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
Delivery Delays While we aim to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delivery times can occasionally be affected by circumstances outside of our control, including postal delays, severe weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
