Welcome to Ark x Cross. These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of our website and to purchases made through our online store.

By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

2. Our products

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours, sizes and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

Colours may appear slightly different depending on your device or screen settings.

As our products are manufactured items, measurements may have a reasonable manufacturing tolerance.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your legal rights if a product is faulty, not as described or otherwise does not meet the requirements of applicable consumer law.

3. Product availability

All products are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

If a product becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and provide an appropriate resolution, including a refund where applicable.

4. Prices

All prices on our website are displayed in pounds sterling (£).

The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you place your order.

Delivery charges will be shown separately before you complete your purchase.

We take reasonable care to ensure that prices displayed on our website are accurate. If we discover an obvious pricing error, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible.

If an order has been placed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and provide a full refund of any payment already made.

5. Placing an order

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products selected.

After placing your order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order.

Your order will be accepted when we confirm that the order has been accepted or when we dispatch your products, unless we have notified you that we are unable to accept your order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason, including:

  • The product is unavailable

  • We identify an obvious pricing error

  • Payment cannot be authorised

  • We reasonably suspect fraudulent or unlawful activity

    If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, you will receive a full refund.

    6. Payment

    Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

    Your payment must be successfully authorised before your order can be processed.

    Payment information is processed through the relevant payment provider. We do not ordinarily store your full payment card details.

7. Delivery 

We ship orders to the United Kingdom and across Europe.

UK Delivery

  • Delivery cost: £3.99
  • Estimated delivery time: 3–5 working days
  • A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

European Delivery

  • Delivery cost: £12.99
  • Estimated delivery time: 7–14 working days
  • A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow up to 2 working days for your order to be processed and dispatched. Delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. International delivery will be introduced in the future, so please check back for updates.

8. Responsibility for your order

We remain responsible for your order until the goods come into your physical possession, or the possession of someone you have identified to receive them, unless you independently arrange a carrier that was not offered by us.

9. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us at:

Please provide your order number and, where appropriate, photographs showing the issue.

Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund under your statutory consumer rights.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes your statutory consumer rights.

10. Returns and refunds

If you purchase from us online as a consumer, you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, subject to applicable exceptions.

11. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size, colour or product, you will need to return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains the process for returning an item. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by our exchange policy.

All content displayed on the Ark x Cross website, including but not limited to:

  • The Ark x Cross name

  • Logos

  • Designs

  • Artwork

  • Product photography

  • Graphics

  • Written content

  • Website design

    belongs to Ark x Cross Limited or is used with permission.

    You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish or commercially use our content without our prior written permission.

    13. Using our website

    You agree to use our website lawfully and responsibly. You must not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our website or systems

  • Introduce viruses or malicious software

  • Interfere with the operation or security of our website

  • Use our website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes

  • Copy or reproduce our website content without permission
    We reserve the right to restrict or suspend access to our website where we

    reasonably believe it is necessary to protect our website, business or customers.

We aim to keep our website available and functioning correctly. However, we cannot guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted or free from errors.

The Terms & Conditions that apply to your order will be the version available on our website at the time you place your order.
